BRL is Germany's "Best Employer Region"
At the ceremony of the azur Awards 2020 of JUVE Verlag, the multidisciplinary law firm BRL BOEGE ROHDE LUEBBEHUESEN won the award in the category "Best Employer Region". BRL prevailed against four other law firms - Menold Bezler, Merck, Raue and Schalast & Partner - and received the coveted award on Thursday evening at the Wolkenburg in Cologne. Among other things, the speed with which BRL has brought itself up to par with large law firms was emphasised, as was the new, comprehensive training programme, which was developed according to the wishes of the associates and focuses on non-specialist skills.
Taking the needs of young professionals into account is extremely important in the fight for young lawyers, especially in Hamburg with its very large law firm density. "Therefore, we have to inspire our professionals for BRL. We want them to feel particularly comfortable with us, both on a professional and personal level, otherwise we will lose them again very quickly," reports Kai Hinrichsen, who is responsible for Human Resources at BRL.
